(1) It is well known that sliding friction is greater than rolling friction. The friction resistance of the Babbitt sliding bearing bush is large, especially when the mill starts, the static resistance torque is large, and the wear of the tile surface is also large;
(2) At the moment of starting, before the mill has reached the critical speed of forming the lubricating film, the main bearing is still in incomplete lubrication state, causing the grinding machine starting torque to increase exponentially, and the starting time is also longer, impacting and affecting the power grid. Very big.
(3) When the mill is running, the thin oil lubrication system consumes a high amount of energy;
(4) Since the main bearing is in a poor lubrication state when the mill is started, the machining precision of the bearing such as the bearing bush is high, otherwise it is easy to generate high temperature and burn the tile, which is a new bearing.
The central drive ball mill replaces conventional babbitt-lubricated bearings with large double-row self-aligning roller bearings to solve the above problems. The bearing has long service life, good sealing performance, convenient disassembly and cleaning, and is equipped with a manual dry oil station for regular refueling. The bearing is in a good lubrication state, which is simpler and more reliable than the thin oil lubrication system of the sliding bearing. Since the selection of the bearing is a large-sized bearing selected from the technical point of view, its bearing capacity is much higher than the load at the full load of the mill. Therefore, the service life of the bearing is normally higher than the service life of the mill.
Due to the use of cylindrical roller bearings, the central drive ball mill reduces the frictional resistance and static resistance torque. In addition, the use of hydraulic couplings and gear reducers reduces the power of the used motor by 10.7%--40.5% compared with conventional mills. The energy saving effect is remarkable.
