First, design and manufacturing standards
All kinds of valves provided by our factory are designed, manufactured, inspected and accepted according to GB , JB , SH , HG , CJ and other relevant domestic standards as well as ANSI , JIS , BS , DIN and other foreign standards.
Second, product quality assurance system
Our factory has obtained the ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification of CQC, and has a complete quality assurance system.
Third, quality control
1. All sub-suppliers are inspected and reviewed, and all products are purchased only on qualified sub-suppliers. The raw materials, purchased parts and spare parts provided by the supplier shall be subject to strict review when entering the factory, and shall be admitted to the warehouse after passing the inspection;
2. The castings and forgings, steel castings and stainless steel castings provided by the sub-suppliers all have qualified chemical composition analysis sheets and physical property testing sheets;
3. The product manufacturing strictly implements the “ double and three inspections ” system, and the unqualified parts are not sequenced, assembled or shipped;
4. After the final assembly, the strength and sealing comprehensive performance tests (medium water, kerosene, gas) shall be tested according to GB13927 , JB/T9092 and CJ/T3056 standards;
5. Our factory is responsible for the quality and delivery time of the products. The warranty period is one year from the date of delivery and lifetime maintenance. Our factory bears the corresponding responsibility for the consequences caused by product quality. If the consequences are caused by improper operation, our factory will maintain the equipment at the lowest cost.
Product supply commitment
1. We guarantee to provide new and defect-free products, as well as relevant drawings and other technical documents related to the products. After the goods arrive at the construction site, technicians will be sent to the site to provide technical guidance and training for the products, and guide the installation and commissioning.
2. Respond 2 hours after receiving your product quality problem , and handle the product quality issues until you are satisfied.
3. After the project is running, our factory will send a visiting group led by the chief engineer to collect feedback on product quality and other information for improvement.
4 , our factory provides customers with after-sales service hotline, technical hotline, quality assurance hotline. Ensure that the relevant departments have 12 hours of service, and the main personnel will open mobile phones to provide services 24 hours a day.
5 , product ex-factory pass rate of 100% , found defects / potential defects during the warranty period , our factory is responsible for free repair or replacement, and compensation for losses. Free technical advice and services.
6. All products will be sent to the customer's designated place in a timely and accurate manner. With the product's product manual and certificate of conformity, if the customer needs, our factory will send relevant personnel to visit the site to guide the installation and commissioning.
Service commitment
1. Defining the preferential conditions of after-sales service and the response time of the warranty: arrive at the on-site maintenance within 24~36 hours ( 48 hours outside the province ) during the warranty period . After the expiration of the warranty period, the routine maintenance time and various maintenance commitments are specified.
2 , valve equipment provides free maintenance for 1 year and provides a list of free spare parts within this period, if there is any non-human damage caused by free maintenance period (except for force majeure reasons), our factory will promptly replace and repair free of charge.
3 , equipment requirements for life-long repair, after the expiration of the free warranty, if the buyer entrusts our factory for maintenance, our factory will carry out maintenance and replacement parts (ex-factory price), and detail the maintenance content.
4. Our factory provides the minimum period of use of the equipment. During this period, there is a serious accident caused by non-human operation reasons (except for the cause of force majeure), and the buyer has the right to trace the seller's responsibility.
5. When a certain equipment stops or changes its production name, our factory will notify the buyer in advance of the plan to stop or modify the production, so that the buyer has enough time to purchase the required spare parts; at the same time, our factory provides the spare parts drawings and related technical parameters free of charge.
6. The accompanying services provided by our factory:
During the installation and commissioning, it is responsible for equipment maintenance, operation and training for operation and maintenance personnel. The above services are provided free of charge.
Required spare parts: Standard configuration accessories and special tools to ensure the normal operation of the equipment are included in the bid price of the complete equipment.
