During the casting, welding and cutting process and use, the workpiece generates residual stress inside the workpiece due to heat and cold deformation, resulting in the workpiece being in an unstable state, reducing the dimensional stability and mechanical physical properties of the workpiece, and making the workpiece in service. Stress deformation and failure occur during the process, and dimensional accuracy is not guaranteed. In order to eliminate residual stress, thermal aging and natural aging have been used in the past. Natural aging does not consume energy, but the cycle is too long, the floor space is large, and it is not suitable for mass production. The thermal aging accelerates the stress release in the hot state by heating the workpiece to the corresponding temperature, and the cycle is greatly shortened compared with the natural aging.
