U-bolt part process calculation
The main problem of this U-shaped curved part is to solve the rebound problem. Therefore, after the U-shaped part is bent, the concave mold should be moved left and right to press the part, so that the U-shaped parts are inclined inwardly on both sides, and the opening is closed to solve the rebound problem. According to this idea, we designed this set of molds by improving the working principle of traditional curved parts less than 90° bending die and hinge.
   Process calculation:
(1) Calculating the unfolding length of the curved part blank When the bending material is bent, when the bending radius r≥1.5d, that is, 19≥12 (1.5×8), the cross section of the curved portion hardly changes, and the neutral layer coefficient x is approximately 0.5. The blank unfolding length can be calculated as follows:
(2) The bending radius of the punch is determined. When the relative bending radius is small (r/t<10), the bending center angle changes after bending, and the bending radius does not change much. .
(3) The radius of the die fillet is determined not to be less than 3mm in the radius of the die, so as to avoid scratches on the surface of the material when bending. .
Formulation process: cutting φ7mm×149mm (J23-10 press)→Rolling M8 (rolling machine Z28—40C)→U-bending forming (J23—40 press).
