At the regular briefing held by the Ministry of Commerce on December 18, Shen Danyang, a spokesperson for the Ministry of Commerce, said that the Ministry of Commerce has actively participated in the formulation of policies supporting the healthy development of the photovoltaic industry in accordance with its own departmental responsibilities.

Shen Danyang said that the development of the photovoltaic industry is in a very difficult period. The Ministry of Commerce is actively helping photovoltaic companies to respond to foreign "double counter" investigations and actively explore emerging markets, while taking measures to regulate the order of imports and exports of the photovoltaic industry, and promote China's photovoltaic industry to strengthen international cooperation with the photovoltaic industry in Europe and the United States.

"China is willing to actively carry out dialogues, consultations, and cooperation with relevant countries to resolve frictions. At the same time, China will continue to pay close attention to the investigation and adjudication of cases and retain the right to take further measures within the framework of WTO," Shen Danyang said.
