1, equipment introduction
1.1 Brief description

3. Product structure and working principle
3.1 Channel gate mechanical system
The channel gate mechanical system is divided into two parts: the chassis and the movement. As a carrier, the chassis is equipped with a direction indicator, a reading and writing device, an infrared sensor, etc. The main components of the movement include a motor, a frame, a transmission shaft, a gate, and the like;

Card reader (self-provided): After reading the information on the card and processing it by judgment, it sends an application pass signal (switch signal) to the main control board;
® Main Control Board: The system's control center, which receives signals from readers and infrared sensors, performs logic judgments and processing on these signals, and then issues commands to direction indicators, motors, counters, and alarms.
® Infrared Sensors: Detects pedestrian locations and provides security protection;
® Direction indicator: displays the current pass status of the channel and guides pedestrians through the channel in a safe and orderly manner;
® Alarm: When the system detects a pedestrian who entered the channel illegally, an alarm message is issued.

3.3 System Working Principle
1) Turn on the power and the system will enter the working state after 3 seconds.
2) When the card reader reads a valid card, the beeper will emit a sweet sound and prompt the pedestrian to read the card successfully. At the same time, the information read from the card will be judged and processed, and the application signal will be sent to the main control board. ;
3) The main control board receives the signals of the card reader and infrared sensor, and after comprehensive processing, it sends an effective control signal to the direction indicator and the motor to turn the direction indicator into the green arrow access indicator. If the system is in normal condition, In closed mode, the motor runs and the limit switch controls the power

4) After the pedestrian indicates the passage through the direction indicator sign, the infrared sensor senses pedestrian access.

5) If the pedestrian forgets to read the card or read the invalid card to enter the channel, the system will prohibit pedestrians (for the normally open mode, the gate will be closed; normally closed mode, the gate will not move;), and an alarm will be issued until the pedestrian exits the channel. Only when the alarm is released; read the valid card again to allow the passage;
4. Equipment installation and debugging
4.1 Equipment Installation
u Ready to install equipment tools and inventory parts according to the packing list;
u After clarifying the system composition and working methods, conduct overall planning and prepare to start installation;
u After installing the foundation surface of the equipment properly, put the equipment in order;
u After setting the hole position, drill a hole and embed M12 anchor bolt or expansion bolt;
u Put strong and weak cables respectively in 3/4′′ PVC pipe and bury it in the corresponding position with cement;
u Move each chassis to the corresponding installation position and align the anchor bolts one by one.
u Check whether the system composition and working methods are correct. After the inspection is correct, proceed to the next step;
u Open the door of the chassis and select one of the devices as a reference.

u Open the door of an adjacent chassis, align the bolt holes of the stand with the anchor bolts and align the predetermined reference devices, and tighten the nuts; if there are multiple units, install them and so on;

! caveat:
1. The depth of the buried PVC pipe should be greater than 60mm, the height of the exposed ground should be greater than 50mm, and the outlet should be turned back to prevent the pipe from entering the water.
2. When installing channel gates, the left and right gates of each channel should be aligned;
3. Connect the system protection ground wire;
4. If the equipment is used outdoors, a cement platform with a height of 100-200mm should be built at the installation site to prevent tides, and sun protection and rain protection facilities such as roofs should be added.

1 Preparation before commissioning
Check the mains connection according to the wiring diagram. Check the power wiring and other wiring of the entire device correctly. After confirming it is correct, it can be debugged on power-up!
The protective ground of the equipment must be reliably grounded, otherwise it is not allowed to use.

System parameter setting operation instructions
A general description
1. The display screen refers to the 3-digit LED displayed from left to right on the main control board;
2. The three keys from left to right are the INC key, the SET key, the DEC key, and the SET key for entering and exiting.
Menu or enter and exit function settings; INC key is used to add 1 to the parameters that need to be set; DEC key is used to decrement the parameters that need to be set;

1. 5. Channel brake common fault handling and routine maintenance
5.1 After the card is swiped, the door is not opened, there is no response, or it does not open automatically after power off. Check again to see if the signal cable is dropped. Check whether the signal indicator on the main board has received the signal. .
5.2 The working direction of the direction indication is that the green arrow points left, right, or red cross. If the direction indicates no response, or the direction of the indication is incorrect. You can switch to another test and try it with a good one. Recheck the wiring
5.3 Channel gate has automatic opening function after power off. If it does not turn on after power off, the reason is that the voltage of backup battery (battery) inside is not enough, and there is no more than 10V of the voltage of multimeter.
After the 5.4 channel gate card is swiped, there is one open and one not open. Check again if the sync line is connected. After the connection is guaranteed, if the motherboard that does not open has received an open signal, if not, check whether the wiring is dropped or if the plug on the motherboard is plugged in.
5.5 After swiping, the gate opens, but the gate does not close. This situation is usually not good for the middle anti-clip infrared. Before fixing the chassis, it must be determined that the infrared pair is good enough to open and close the door normally. If there is no good infrared, after power on, it will alarm. After swiping, please use the direction arrow to exercise.
6. Equipment operation instructions
6.1 Before the equipment is put into use, it must be debugged through function; after normal debugging, it can be put into use;
6.2 It is forbidden to station people in the channel when the device is powered on;
6.3 When a pedestrian reads a cartoon, the sign of the direction indicator does not turn green and it is forbidden to enter the channel.
6.4 When pedestrians pass the passage, do not stay in the middle of the passage for a long time;
6.5 When passing through the gateway, do not be crowded and keep a certain distance between people.
6.6 Do not read the card and quickly pass through the gateway;
6.7 It is advisable to mark the passage of the machine at a conspicuous position in the work of the equipment, and guide the passers through the gate passage in a safe and orderly way;
6.8 The equipment should be properly managed when it is not working. It is forbidden to knock and shake the equipment.
6.9 When the equipment is in the closed state, it is forbidden to push or pull the gate;
