In fact, the words “Beijing Huiyuan Company” stamped and embossed on the inside of the brim are clearly visible on these two top hats. The Huiyuan company official confirmed that the two hard hats were produced by the company.

It turned out that on December 9th this year, the helmets produced by Huiyuan Company were sent to a Beijing authority for inspection by a construction company. The two "test reports" of the two helmets showed that the inspection and commissioning units were: Project Manager of East Extension of No. 7 Line of Beijing Metro No. 2 Engineering Co., Ltd., and the inspection items were: "Punch, puncture (except aging )".

The relevant indicators of the two helmets tested were qualified. However, under the "qualified" item in the test report, the "production unit name" was not filled with Huiyuan company, but the other two mentioned above. The name of the company.

The person in charge of the Huiyuan company analyzed that the construction company that used the hard hat invested in the inspection of the genuine product, but it was obviously intended to use the inspection report as a "relocation plan" to the names of two other helmet manufacturers. The construction company and its suppliers have suspected collusion and fraud.

The person in charge of the Huiyuan company said that the company’s sales records showed that the construction company that submitted the helmet did not purchase the company’s helmets in bulk. They may have purchased Huiyuan helmets on the retail market. After grasping these circumstances, Huiyuan company immediately responded and reported to relevant management departments.

The company is still learning more about the situation, collecting more evidence and seeking legal rights.

After the spread of the matter, some industry experts believed that such “fake” had not been publicly reported in the past and should cause the production and circulation of labor protection products and the vigilance of users, and prevent anyone from using the test report of “lost package” as a proof. Relevant bidding and bidding activities promote unqualified and inferior products to the market.

Some experts pointed out that under the premise that suppliers need to provide products with recent quality and performance test reports, there may be people who are guilty of doing so.
