Nuclear-grade throttling devices for domestic nuclear power plants are now successfully developed

The first batch of new products in Zhejiang Province, developed by Zhejiang Cangnan Instrument Factory, was the nuclear-level throttling device. It passed the appraisal committee consisting of seven experts including China National Nuclear Industry Corporation Gao Jinjin and other experts. This product has filled the domestic gap and made the nationalization of China's nuclear power industry equipment a step forward.
The successful development of this product is the result of independent innovation of the plant. Cangnan Instrument Factory has introduced 8 senior engineers from Canada and all over the country. It has continuously introduced, digested and absorbed international advanced technology and developed a variety of new products. At present, the factory has undertaken one national innovation fund project and three national-level torches. Planned projects, 4 national key new products, etc. The company has also won the honorary title of provincial high-tech enterprises.
Through investigations, the plant found that due to the rapid economic development in China, the energy supply is becoming increasingly tense. At present, except for the first and second phases of Qinshan Nuclear Power Project in China, the rest are imported from abroad. Therefore, the plant began in November last year, formed a research team, specializing in the development of nuclear-scale throttling devices for nuclear power plant flow measurement, the product has good trial performance. It is reported that after being certified for mass production, this product can form an annual production capacity of 500 sets of nuclear-grade throttling devices, and can realize an annual sales income of 12 million yuan.
