The sealing film is uneven in thickness, or the joint surface is mechanically damaged, the burr is excessive, there are impurities, unevenness or paper pad damage. In addition to the above reasons, the following items may not be neglected: the surface of the parts that are poorly matched with the seals are worn or damaged, and the parts are not repaired and reused; self-made and purchased parts are processed. The precision is low, especially the sealing groove surface has low surface finish and poor dimensional accuracy. The installation quality of the seal is poor, the oil seal oxtail spring is too loose or too tight; the oil seal or O-ring that is easy to lack oil is not oiled (such as the four-axis outer oil seal).

Not well maintained. Due to the loosening of the bolt, the joint surface is seamed. The oil is too much to cause the oil to heat up. The oil pollution causes the impurities to scrape the oil seal. The vent hole is blocked and the oil pressure in the shell increases with the temperature rise. The floating coal buryes the heat exchanger. It was found that the oil leakage did not stop leaking in time, and it was further developed to further damage the oil seal. These can directly lead to oil leakage or oil leakage of the reducer. Improper operation. The slipper is in good condition, not straight, chain, drifting chain, etc., causing excessive or uneven force on each shaft of the reducer. Causes vibration and damages the seal. Fully slamming, frequent start, continuous use of cooling water without full load, causing the reducer to overheat and aging and deterioration of the seal. Domestic seals are of poor quality. The rubber material has poor performance, easy wear and low life; the surface quality is poor, and some even have large dimensional errors, which cannot be used at all.
