On the 17th, affected by cold air, the temperature in the central and eastern Inner Mongolia, the central and southern parts of the northeastern region, the northeastern part of northeast China, and the northeastern part of the northwest will drop by 6-8 °C, and the local temperature drop can reach 10-12 °C or above. Level 6 northerly winds; parts of western Gansu, Inner Mongolia, central Ningxia, northwestern Shaanxi, north-central Shanxi, north-central Hebei, Beijing and Tianjin will have sand or floating dust. Among them, sandstorms will occur in parts of western and eastern Inner Mongolia and Hexi in Gansu.

From 08:00 to 18:00 on the 17th, Xinjiang's Nanjiang Basin, most of Inner Mongolia, northeastern part of northwestern China, north China, northeast, and Huanghuai have four or six winds, and there are sand or floating dust in the local area. Most of the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea have 5 to 7 grades of 7 to 8 grades and gusts of 9 grades of northwest winds. The northern part of the East China Sea has 4 to 6 grades of 6 to 7 winds.

From 08:00 on the 18th to 08:00 on the 19th, there were 4 to 6 northerly winds in the central and southern parts of Northeast China, the eastern part of North China, and the eastern part of Huanghuai. There are sand or floating dust weather in the southern Xinjiang basin. Most of the Yellow Sea and the northern part of the East China Sea have 5 to 7 winds, and the southeastern part of the East China Sea, Taiwan and the East Sea and the northern part of the South China Sea have 5 to 7 winds.

From 08:00 to 20:00 on the 19th, there were small to medium snow or sleet in the northeastern part of Inner Mongolia, the southern part of Gansu in the eastern part of Qinghai, the southern and northeastern part of Tibet, and the northern part of the western Sichuan Plateau; most of southeastern and southwestern Tibet, There are small to moderate rains or thunderstorms in western Hunan and eastern Hainan. There are 4 to 5 northerly winds in the central and eastern parts of Inner Mongolia.
