It is understood that this system, which is being trial run, consists of two parts: the command center in-house center application system and the pavement field application system. The infield section includes display systems, podiums, etc. The field currently includes 35 traffic signal control systems, 78 traffic television monitoring systems, 30 traffic flow information collection systems, 5 traffic guidance information release systems, 26 traffic violation monitoring systems, and 2 smart security bayonet systems. 50 sets of police vehicle satellite positioning systems and communication systems.

According to Zhang Qiuling, the person in charge of the center, since the system was commissioned in mid-May, there have been more than 3,000 traffic violations recorded in the city every day. The first batch of driver representatives invited this time selected passenger drivers who traveled more on the road and had a close relationship with passengers and tourists. Afterwards, they would also invite private car drivers, pedestrians and other larger public representatives to visit and learn about them. .

Zhang Qiuling said: "In order to allow drivers to understand and adapt to the activation of this system, during the two months of trial operation before this year's official opening on August 1 this year, we will use the SMS to collect traffic violations from the system. The form of notification informs illegal owners to remind them to observe traffic regulations and develop good traffic habits, and after August 1st, the first phase of the system will target 35 intersections, 8 sections and 78 sections of Guilin City. Traffic conditions are monitored in real time, and “Electronic Police,” which is one of the important functions of the system, is also synchronized to traffic monitored at 21 intersections including Urban Civilization Intersection (Department Store), Cross Street, Lijun Road and Xinyi Road. Illegal activities, such as running a red light, changing lanes illegally, entering a guided lane, not following directions, speeding, driving in reverse, illegal turning, illegal parking, etc., shall be punished in accordance with relevant laws and regulations."
