Analysis of the development situation of China's plastic machinery industry in the first 10 months
From January to October 2017, there were 401 enterprises in China's plastic machinery manufacturing scale. In the third quarter, the main business income and profits of the industry declined month by month. The downward trend in October stopped, and the chain resumed growth; but the export delivery in October The value has decreased from the previous two months, and the second time since April this year, the chain has dropped sharply, with a drop of 21%.

In terms of import and export, from January to October, China imported 18,280 sets of plastic machinery, with an import value of about 1.445 billion US dollars. The import volume decreased by 26% and the amount increased by 30%. According to the trade product segmentation, from January to October, China imported 5,902 injection molding machines, with an amount of 617 million US dollars, up 40% and 41% respectively; imported 947 extruders, with an amount of 296 million US dollars, up 39% and 9 respectively. %; 231 imported blow molding machines, with an amount of 139 million US dollars, up 26% and 21% respectively.

In terms of import sources, 14506 plastic presses were imported from Asia in January-October, amounting to approximately 839 million US dollars, accounting for 79.38% and 57.79% of imported plastic presses in the same period, of which imports and amounts from Japan increased by 43.18% and 39.18 respectively. %; the number of imports from South Korea decreased by 11.54% year-on-year, but the amount increased by 28.78%.
2172 sets of plastic presses were imported from Europe, with an amount of about 533 million US dollars. The import quantity and amount accounted for 11.89% and 36.73% respectively. The quantity and amount of imports from Germany increased by 15.38% and 13.58% respectively; the import volume from Italy increased by 50.56. %, the amount decreased by 2.04%; the import value from Austria and Switzerland increased by 35.2% and 195.57% respectively.
From January to October, China's plastics machine export market ranked among the top 10 countries. Exports to the United States, India, Bangladesh and Malaysia grew rapidly, while exports to Turkey, Indonesia and Iran declined more. Among them, the number of exports to the US market was 221,193 units, an increase of 68.25% year-on-year. The main products were 3D printers, accounting for approximately 81.44%.
