When it comes to the run-in period of the crane, many people think of the engine running in. This is incomplete. . The mechanical running-in of the vehicle is mainly along two main lines, one is the power line (engine): power and lubrication system, transmission system. Follow-up steering system, etc.; another main line is the brake system: flat contact of the brake oil circuit, brake disc and brake disc.

1. Avoid emergency braking: The emergency braking not only impacts the braking system during running-in, but also increases the impact load of the chassis and the engine. In the first 300 kilometers of driving, it is best not to make emergency braking.
2, avoid heavy load: the new car running at full load during the run-in period will cause damage to the parts. Therefore, in the first 1000 kilometers of driving, the general load should not exceed 75%-80% of the rated load.
3, avoid high-speed driving: the new car run-in period has a speed limit, generally should be controlled at a speed of 100 km / h, when the throttle is fully open, the speed can not exceed 80% of the maximum speed, and pay attention to observe the engine tachometer and Speedometer ensures work at medium speed. Under normal circumstances, the engine speed during the run-in period should be 2000-4000 rpm.
4, avoid premature oil change: small crane loading oil is a special lubricant for the run-in period, requiring low oil viscosity, good heat dissipation, cleaning, excellent antioxidant properties.

When we use the crane for a period of time, the next thing we are paying attention to is the quality of hydraulic oil from small cranes. Generally, hydraulic oil produced by small crane manufacturers cannot be used because we know that hydraulic oil is the blood of small and medium cranes. Once the hydraulic oil is contaminated, the consequences will be unthinkable. When the hydraulic oil is seriously polluted, it will directly affect the working performance of the hydraulic system, causing the hydraulic system to malfunction frequently and shortening the life of the hydraulic components. The main cause of these hazards is the particles in the dirt. For hydraulic components, due to these solid particles entering the component, the sliding part of the component will be aggravated and may block the orifice, the orifice in the hydraulic component, or cause the valve plug to jam, resulting in a hydraulic system. malfunction. The mixing of moisture and air reduces the lubricating ability of the hydraulic oil and accelerates its oxidative degradation to generate cavitation, accelerating the corrosion of the hydraulic components, and causing the hydraulic system to vibrate and crawl.
How to prevent the pollution of small crane hydraulic oil? The following measures should be taken:
(1) Keep the hydraulic oil clean before use. Hydraulic oil is subject to external contamination during transportation and storage. The newly purchased hydraulic oil looks very clean and is actually “dirty”. It must be put into the hydraulic system after filtration for several days.
(2) Keep the hydraulic system clean after assembly and before operation. The hydraulic components must be cleaned during processing and assembly. The hydraulic system should be thoroughly cleaned after assembly and operation. It is best to use the oil used in the system work to clean the tank except for the air vent (with dust cover). Must be completely sealed. Seals must not have flashes or burrs.
(3) Keep the hydraulic fluid clean during operation. Hydraulic oil will be contaminated by the environment during the working process. Therefore, air and moisture intrusion should be prevented as much as possible. In order to completely eliminate the intrusion of water, gas, and pollutants, a sealed oil tank is used and an air filter is added to the vent to prevent dust. , abrasive and coolant intrusion, often check and regular replacement of seals and capsules in the accumulator.
(4) Use a suitable oil filter. This is an important means of controlling the contamination of hydraulic oil. According to the requirements of the equipment, different filtration methods, different accuracy and different structure of the oil filter should be selected in the hydraulic system, and the oil filter and fuel tank should be regularly checked and cleaned.
(5) Change the hydraulic oil regularly. Before replacing the new oil, the tank must be cleaned once. When the system is dirty, it can be cleaned with kerosene and then injected into the new oil.
(6) Control the working temperature of hydraulic oil. The high working temperature of hydraulic oil is unfavorable to the hydraulic device. The hydraulic oil itself will also accelerate deterioration and produce various products and shorten its service life. Generally, the working temperature of the hydraulic system is preferably controlled below 65°C. The system should be controlled below 55°C.
