The wireless high-voltage nuclear phase meter is a new generation product newly developed by our company. It adopts a high anti-interference digital signal collector and collects and wirelessly transmits the phase information of the high voltage line under test. The phase is received by the nuclear phaser and the phase is automatically performed. In comparison, the nuclear phase result is finally displayed.
The high-voltage nuclear phase analyzer uses wireless signal transmission, high insulation telescopic test rod collector sampling, product performance is reliable, the test results are accurate and has voice prompt function, suitable for phase and phase sequence verification of power lines, substations and transformers The identification of wiring groups has the functions of nuclear phase, phase sequence, wiring identification, and electrical inspection.
Manufacturing standards in line with the People's Republic of China Electric Power Industry Standard "DL/T971-2005 AC 1kV~35kV Portable Nuclear Phase Meter for Live Working".

5. Use of high-pressure nuclear phase meter
5.2 Host Inspection 5.2.1 System Self-Test: Connect two collectors to the self-inspection copper head, connect the calibration plug wire to the 220V power supply, and connect the other end to the X and Y collectors, respectively. Hold two self-inspection copper heads, the host can display the same phase, the phase difference display should be 0-0.5 °.
Note: The phase angle displayed on the screen is based on collector X and the angle of collector Y to collector X.
If the phase difference is not displayed, the collector is not connected to the phase line, and the two plugs of the plug can be switched.
5.2.2 On-site calibration: At the nuclear phase of the site, the two collectors are first self-calibrated on the same phase of the measured circuit.
5.3 On-site use 5.3.1: Qualitative in-phase or out-of-phase phase, based on the results displayed on the LCD screen of the host computer;
5.3.2 LCD display X and Y indicate the signals of X and Y collectors respectively 5.3.3 LCD display When the low voltage prompt appears below X and Y, it indicates that the power supply of the X and Y collectors is too low, and 12V should be replaced in time. battery;
5.3.4 There is a low power indicator on the top of XY indicating that the power of the host is insufficient and the battery of the host should be replaced.
5.3.5 The “Wireless High-Voltage Kernelizer†appears at the top right of the display to show that the host is turned on.
5.4 The system can still work for a period of time when the XY collector or the host battery voltage is low. If the battery is unstable, the battery must be replaced. The battery should be replaced at the same time when the collector is replaced.
5.5 If the display of the host computer is abnormal, turning it off and then on again will return to normal.
5.6 Press the backlight key to turn on the display backlight.
5.7 Checking the Collector 5.7.1 When replacing the battery, turn the tail of the collector counterclockwise to remove the shell of the collector, and then open the battery cover to replace the new battery. Pay attention to the polarity of the battery and do not install the battery.
5.7.2 There are two kinds of contacts of the collector that can be replaced as needed. When the contacts are replaced, they can be removed by turning them counterclockwise.
5.7 On-site nuclear phase description 5.7.1 The X and Y collectors are respectively connected to the same high-voltage line. The host display should show that X and Y are in phase with a phase difference of 0---1°.
5.7.2 The X and Y collectors shall be arranged in the following phases for the nuclear phase at the phase of the high voltage line:
5.7.3 If you want to get accurate values, you should place one of the collectors on the collection point of the high voltage line, and move the other collector around the other collection point of the high voltage line before and after, or shift X and Y to find The most accurate phase angle.
5.7.4 In the nuclear phase, test data such as AA', AB', BB', BC', and CC all show different phases. This is because the measured two sets of power supply line wiring groups are different and may appear at 30°. Or 60° phase difference.
5.7.5 When the measurement is ≥10kV, the XY collector can be directly on the wire or insulation skin at the same time to perform 5.7.6 ≥66kV nuclear phase. The XY collector can adopt contact or non-contact method nuclear phase. When measuring 110kV or 220kV, add XY
The collector is placed 300mm to 1000mm below the high voltage line. When measuring 500kV, place the XY collector 1000-2000mm below the high voltage line and measure the allowable deviation of 300mm left and right.
5.7.7 Measure phase sequence: Suppose a line is phase A, place X on phase A, and Y on another phase. If 120° is displayed, it means that the phase sequence is the phase B; Showing 240° is the reverse phase sequence, which is the C phase.
5.7.8 Electrotechnical inspection: One of the collectors is hung on the high voltage line. If the corresponding symbol of the collector is displayed on the host screen, the high voltage line is powered. If the collector symbol is not displayed, the high-voltage line is without electricity (but the collector cannot replace the electroscope).
6. Maintenance
6.1 High-pressure nuclear phase meter is a precision instrument. Please do not open it at will.
6.2 Replace the battery at least once a year. 6.3 The product should not be stored in a humid, hot, dusty environment. 6.4 Insulation rods should be used for pressure test before the first use. 6.5 Insulation rods should be subjected to a pressure test once a year Note: The upper section of the insulation rod has a Built-in antenna 350mm long, can not withstand voltage test, built-in antenna and pole wall must
