What are the requirements for the experimental measurement method of the submersible sewage pump?

(1) Measurement content of submersible sewage pump

The following performance parameters should be measured simultaneously at rated voltage for each operating point:

1. The three-phase submersible sewage pump should read the three-phase current, input power, power frequency, slip, head and flow value.

2. Single-phase submersible sewage pump should read the input power, the current of the main winding of the stator, the power frequency, the slip, the head and the flow value for the split-phase starting and the capacitor starting motor; the motor should be read for the capacitor running and the capacitor starting and running. Input power, total winding current, stator main winding current and secondary winding current, power frequency, slip, head and flow value.

(2) Test requirements for submersible sewage pump

1. The submersible sewage pump runs continuously for 1~2h under the rated voltage and rated flow, so that the operation of the sewage pump reaches a steady state.

2. The performance test should start from the minimum point of the submersible sewage pump power. Generally, the centrifugal pump should gradually increase from zero flow to more than 115% of the flow rate of the large flow point; for the mixed flow pump, axial flow pump or vortex pump, it should be gradually reduced from the fully open state of the valve to less than 85% of the flow rate of the small flow point. At least 13 different flow points should be taken in between, and the measuring points should be evenly distributed over the entire performance curve. For centrifugal pumps and vortex pumps should be above 13 points; for mixed flow pumps and axial pumps should be above 15 points.

3. There should be a certain time interval for each point to ensure that the operating point reaches a steady state.
