Where the applicant provides complete materials, the labor ability appraisal committee shall organize the appraisal in a timely manner, and shall make an appraisal of labor ability within 60 days from the date of receiving the labor appraisal application. If the injury is complex and there are many professional cases involving health care, the time limit for making the labor ability appraisal conclusion can be extended by 30 days.

The "measures" make it clear that if an employee of a work-related injury is unable to participate in an assessment on time, he may adjust the time for on-site identification and agree to extend the period for appraising the labor ability, with the consent of the labor ability appraisal committee. One year after the conclusion of the labor ability appraisal conclusion, if an employee, employee, employer or social insurance agency thinks that the disability situation has changed, it may apply to the municipal labor ability appraisal committee in the district for review and appraisal of labor ability. Those who are dissatisfied with the review and appraisal conclusions may apply for re-assessment as required.
