Fourth, 1 batch of exterior wall paint is resistant to artificial weather aging. The resistance to artificial weathering is a measure of the ability of exterior coatings to withstand the effects of the sun, rain, and temperature changes. The resistance to artificial weathering that is not up to standard can easily lead to ageing and deterioration of exterior coatings after experiencing temperature changes. The main reason for the failure to achieve this target in exterior paints is that companies have to reduce costs, add anti-aging emulsions according to process requirements, or add inappropriate amounts. Fifth, the stain resistance of individual exterior paints is unqualified. Stain resistance refers to the ability of a wall to resist pollution. One batch of exterior wall paints in this random inspection had unacceptable stain resistance, and the failure was mainly related to the quality of the emulsion in the exterior wall paint.
