In all series, the 1000 series is the most aluminum-containing series with a purity of over 99.00%. The 1000 series aluminum plates are based on the last two Arabic numerals to determine the minimum aluminum content of the series. For example, the last two Arabic numerals of the 1050 series are 50. According to the international brand nomenclature, the aluminum content must reach 99.5% to be qualified products.

A series of aluminum has good moldability and surface treatment properties, and is excellent in corrosion resistance in an aluminum alloy. Its strength is lower, the higher the purity, the lower its strength.

1050, 1070, 1080, 1085, 1100 are commonly used on mobile phones, and simple extrusion molding (without bending) can be done. Among them, 1050 and 1100 can be used for chemical sanding, smooth surface, matte surface, and normal effect. More obvious material texture, good coloring effect; 1080 and 1085 mirror aluminum is often used to make bright characters, matte effect, no obvious material texture.

The characteristics are high hardness, but the corrosion resistance is not good, among which the original content of copper is the highest, 2000 series aluminum alloy represents 2024, 2A16, 2A02. The copper content of 2000 series aluminum plate is about 3-5%.

The 2000 series aluminum rods are aerospace aluminum materials and are used as structural materials and are currently not commonly used in conventional industries.

The 3000 series aluminum rods are mainly composed of manganese. 3000 series aluminum alloys are mainly composed of 3003, 3105 and 3A21. The content is between 1.0 and 1.5, which is a series with better anti-rust function.

It is often used as a tank for liquid products, tanks, construction parts, construction tools, various lamp parts, and various pressure vessels and pipes for sheet metal processing. The formability, the solubility, and the corrosion resistance are all good.

Generally, the silicon content is between 4.5 and 6.0%, and the silicon content is relatively high.
