Shaanxi Mingdi Aluminum Annually Produces 200,000 Tons of Aluminum Profile Project Progress

Mingdi Aluminum (Group) is the largest manufacturer of aluminum profiles in western China. The company's products are sold at home and abroad. Based on the advantage of Tongchuan Dongjiahe Circular Economy Industrial Park, Shaanxi Mingdi Aluminum Co., Ltd. cooperates closely with the China Heavy Machinery Research Institute to introduce and construct the world's largest and most advanced national science and technology major special project 25,000 tons of hard-deformation alloy double acting horizontal aluminum. A total of 7 aluminum extrusion production lines, including the extrusion production line and the 125,000-ton positive single-acting aluminum extrusion production line, were used.

The total investment of the 200,000-ton high-performance special industrial aluminum profile production line built by Mingdi is RMB 2 billion, covering an area of ​​1,000 mu. The construction period is scheduled to be from January 2013 to December 2017. At present, part of the equipment is manufactured, the casting plant has been capped and the equipment base is being made. The oxidation workshop is under construction with a flat ground and a roof capping. The extrusion shop is installing a roof outer panel and a wall inner panel. The spray shop floor finished product warehouse is equipped with a steel frame main frame, and the main sewage treatment project is under construction.
