First, open

2. Loosen the bolts that secure the bearing housing. Remove the bearing from the shaft together with the bearing housing. Note the shaft housing at the end of the shaft. The bearing block bolt at the other end of the shaft should be loosened; the two bearings should be prevented from being damaged by each other.
Second, the device
1. Before the bearing is installed on the shaft; the fixing pin of the bearing casing must be unplugged; the outer surface of the journal is polished and cleaned together; and the oil is rust-proof and smooth at the journal (allowing the bearing to slightly change on the shaft).
2. Apply smooth oil to the bearing seat and bearing joint; install the bearing into the bearing housing. Then place the assembled bearing on the shaft together with the NSK bearing housing. Push to the desired position to carry out the device.
3. The bolts of the fixed bearing housing should not be tightened first; the bearing housing should be able to change in the bearing housing. The same bearing and seat on the same shaft are installed; the shaft is converted into several turns; the bearing itself is actively positioned to correct the position. Fasten the bearing block bolts.
4. Install a partial pain set. First set the partial pain on the painful step of the inner sleeve of the bearing; and tighten the direction of rotation with the hand. Then prick the small iron rod into or against the counterbore on the painful sleeve. 1. Use the hammer to strike the small iron rod in the direction of rotation of the shaft. Make the painful device firm; finally lock the hexagonal screw on the painful sleeve.
