More than 20,000 pairs of counterfeit gloves were seized

According to reports, the staff of the Branch’s Trademark Branch received a report yesterday stating that some “Xingyu” brand labor gloves sent from the field to the Jiancao Commodity Wholesale Market were not produced by Shandong Xingyu Gloves Co., Ltd. Department to go to see.

Today, law enforcement officers rushed to the commodity wholesale market early in the morning and waited at the four entrances to the shopping mall. At 9:00 am, a full-loaded vehicle suspected to infringe on the "Xingyu" brand protective gloves was just stopped, and law enforcement officials came forward to check it out. All the vehicles are unopened and marked with "Shandong Xingyu Glove Co., Ltd." and "10-pin yarn, dipped gloves". When I opened it, it was full of allegedly infringing labor gloves, totaling more than 23,000 pairs.

After investigation, the parties who transported the gloves on the spot did not purchase invoices. Subsequently, the law enforcement officers of the industry and commerce all temporarily detained the gloves. The case is under further investigation.
