Development of Patent Technology for Press Slider Locking Device Based on TRIZ Theory

1 Overview

TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving), which is the theory of solving the problem of invention, was invented in 1946 by the former Soviet inventor GSAltshuller, belonging to the state secrets of the former Soviet Union, in military, industrial, aviation. Space and other fields have played a huge role. After the disintegration of the former Soviet Union, it was gradually recognized by other countries in the world. Now, TRIZ is helping more than 500 companies such as Toyota, Samsung and Ford to improve the efficiency of technical designers and develop high-quality products in a systematic way.

When using TRIZ to solve the problem, the designer first expresses the product to be designed as a TRIZ problem, and then uses the tools in TRIZ, such as the invention principle, the standard solution, etc., to find the universal solution or the analog solution of the TRIZ problem (Analogous) Solution), the final designer is turning the solution into a domain solution or special solution.

Compared with traditional innovative methods, such as trial and error, brainstorming, etc., TRIZ theory has distinct characteristics and advantages. It successfully reveals the inherent laws and principles of creating inventions, and focuses on clarifying and emphasizing the contradictions existing in the system. The goal is to completely resolve the contradictions and obtain the final ideal solution. The core concept of TRIZ theory is contradiction, and all problems arise because of the uneven development of the system. Several definitions are expressed as follows: “Contradictions” are system conflict models whose manifestations are incompatible with the requirements of conflicting functions. “Standard Contradiction” (traditional TRIZ refers to technical contradiction) is a binary contradiction model in which one factor fits and benefits the main function of the system (positive factor), while the other factor does not conform to and hinders the main function of the system ( Negative factors). The "fundamental contradiction" (traditional TRIZ called physical contradiction) is a binary contradiction model. In this model, the requirements of the two factors for uniform performance are completely different or mutually exclusive.

Simply put, the first thing in TRIZ is to minimize the problems in the system. The principle is to change the system as little as possible without changing the system if the system can achieve its necessary functions. The second is to define the technical contradiction of the system, and establish a "problem model" for the contradiction, then analyze the problem model, define the time and space contained in the problem, and use the object-field analysis method to analyze the resources contained in the system. Next, Define the ultimate ideal solution for the system.

Solving the problem pattern Applying TRIZ involves the following steps:

1 Identify and formulate the problem.

2 Construct the object-field mode of the problematic part.

3 Define the ideal state.

4 List the available resources for the technical system.

5 Find a similar solution to the effect database.

6 Solve technical or physical conflicts based on innovative principles or separation principles.

7 From the object-field model, the application knowledge database (76 standards and effects library) tools generate multiple solutions.
