This technology has reached the international advanced level, making China the only country in the world that can use luminescent materials to produce low frequency flash AC LED products. , Strongly promoted China's exchange of LED, especially rare earth exchange LED luminescent materials research and industrial development level.

At present, the achievements of this project have been successfully implemented in Sichuan Xinli Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. and Zhongke Optoelectronics (Changchun) Co., Ltd. The product has a simple circuit, low cost, good heat dissipation, high energy efficiency and long service life, and has passed relevant certification in China. , And the United States Underwriters Laboratories (UL), European Union (CE), and other certification, and sold to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Spain, Brazil and other countries, and achieved significant economic benefits.

The results of this project were selected as “2013 China Top 10 Rare Earth Science and Technology News” and won the 2012 “Energy Innovation” and “Architectural Environment” nominations of the British Society of Engineering Technology (IET) and the 2013 “Golden Kangaroo” World Innovation Award.
