When the oil in the winter is too sticky, the engine oil should not be added to the oil, and the oil should be added to the weather. Keep the clutch clean, always check the wear of the spring and replace if necessary.

5 The left and right shell connecting bolts of the differential are loose or the bolts are cut.

6 The main and passive gear pairs have too large meshing clearance and the vehicle is overloaded. A slip occurs between the left casing of the reducer, and the bolt will be cut, causing a serious accident that destroys the gear or damages the entire reducer. To this end, the M14 bolt assembly torque must reach 14-16kg to prevent the bolt from being cut.

Reducer bearing failure causes:

1 bearing pre-tightening force is too small, bearing axial clearance is large.

2 The flange locking nut is loose.

3 bearing preload is too large, bearing clearance is too small.

Bearing damage failure analysis: The radial short cylindrical roller bearing (type 42307) has a large load capacity, but is sensitive to the deflection or deformation of the shaft. The inner and outer ring axis angle must not exceed 2-4. Once exceeded, the bearing is very easily damaged. The drive gear relies on a pair of tapered roller bearings and a radial short cylindrical roller bearing to maintain its correct working position. When the axial clearance of a pair of tapered roller bearings is large, the driving gear swings up and down, and the front and rear are tilted, and the axis of the driving gear shaft is deflected, so that the angle between the inner and outer ring axes exceeds 2-4. In this way, the bearing not only has to bear radial load, but also bears axial load, which causes early damage of the bearing.

Damage to the bearing accelerates damage to the radial and tapered roller bearings, thereby damaging the correct engagement of the gear pairs, resulting in gear tooth damage. If the bearing pre-tightening force is too large, the bearing clearance is too small, which will cause the bearing to heat up, which will deteriorate the bearing lubrication condition until the bearing is burned or the bearing roller is pocked and fallen off.
