The "12th Five-Year Plan" National Science and Technology Support Program Environmental Project "Pho-Aluminum Industry Key Technology R&D and Application of Energy Saving and Emission Reduction" Project Accepted

Recently, commissioned by the Department of Social Development of the Ministry of Science and Technology, China’s 21st Century Agenda Management Center organized the “12th Five-Year Plan” National Science and Technology Support Program for the “Environmental Development and Application of Key Technologies for Energy Saving and Emission Reduction of Phosphorous and Aluminum Industry” project acceptance meeting in Beijing. The acceptance expert group reviewed the acceptance materials of the project. After listening to the project report and the inquiry and discussion, it conducted a review and evaluation of the project completion status and the use of funds, and unanimously agreed to pass the project acceptance.
The "Key Technology for Energy Saving and Emission Reduction of Phosphorus and Aluminium Industry Research and Application" project was organized by the Guizhou Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Guizhou University, Guizhou Province New Materials Research and Development Base, Guizhou Province Materials Industry and Technology Research Institute, Beijing Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Rongfu (Group) Co., Ltd., Guizhou Academy of Sciences, and Guizhou Bohui Lianrun Aluminum Co., Ltd. jointly completed. The project focused on the impact of complex ions on phosphate rock flotation and pipeline fouling and corrosion, developed harmful ion removal and wastewater reuse, pipeline scale inhibition and corrosion inhibition technologies, and built a 4 million t/a return water utilization demonstration project. The water utilization rate is over 78%; a new process of defluorination and one-step recovery of phosphorus from feed-grade calcium hydrogen phosphate has been developed, and a 50 thousand t/a industrial plant has been built, and the total phosphorus recovery rate can reach over 70%; Developed a puncture-resistant, high-elongation spray-coating impervious film, a micro/nano-multilayer functional film, and a high-efficiency sewage purification hollow fiber membrane material; developed a micro-perturbation plug flow based on the study of the decomposition kinetics of sodium aluminate seed crystals. The seed database technology was established, and the basic database was established; the micro-disturbed flow-push flow seed technology was applied to the 2500 kt/a alumina production system of China Aluminium Guangxi Branch, achieving decomposition and energy saving of the mixing system without affecting the decomposition rate and quality. 45%, saving 15.9585 million kWh/a; this technology was adopted in the new 1600kt/a alumina project of Guizhou Huajin Aluminum Co., Ltd., saving 4.5 million yuan in investment.

Through the implementation of this project, it broke through the recycling of typical waste water resources of the phosphorus industry and the core technology of alumina micro-disturbing and plug flow seeding decomposition energy-saving technologies, and achieved many innovations, providing technology for the energy saving and emission reduction of China's phosphorus aluminum industry. support.
