The precipitation in the Beijing-Tianjin region, Hebei and Shanxi, southern Shandong, Henan, and central and northern Susong was 1 to 5 mm. The precipitation in some parts of Henan and the central and northern parts of Susong is 5-10 mm, and the southern part of Henan and parts of western Anhui are 11-23 mm. Precipitation is very beneficial to increase the soil surface in the above areas. The soil in southern Henan and western Anhui The drought in the mildly deficient areas has eased. However, the drought in the severely deficient areas of the northwestern part of Henan and the northern part of Anhui Province has not been effectively alleviated; there is no precipitation in most parts of Shandong, and the drought continues.

The monitoring results of soil moisture dynamics in winter wheat and dryland in northern China showed that after the precipitation, the surface soil shortage in southern Henan and central and northern Anhui was reduced, and the degree of deficiency was reduced. The soil in southern Henan and parts of western Anhui was mild. The defect is released and the appropriate state is reached. At present, the rain and snow process has not completely ended. As the snow gradually melts and slowly infiltrates, the soil moisture will be further supplemented and improved.

It is expected that in some areas of North China, Shandong, Jianghuai and other places, there will be small to medium snow (rain) or sleet on 11-13, which will benefit the soil growth in the above-mentioned winter wheat area, and the drought in the mildly deficient areas will be further eased; The amount of precipitation is small, and the drought in severely deficient areas is still difficult to alleviate, and the drought will continue.

On the 11th, the strong cold air continued to affect most of China's regions. The temperature will drop by 4-6 °C with 4 to 5 northerly winds; from 12 to 13 days, it will be affected by another weak cold air, North China and Huang. Huai and other places cool down 3 to 6 ° C, accompanied by 4 to 5 winds. On the 11th to 13th, the average daily temperature in the winter wheat area north of the Huaihe River will fall below 3 °C, and the winter wheat and arid areas are not suitable for irrigation.

Agricultural production advice. In the winter wheat arid area, measures such as rowing, suppression, application of organic fertilizer, plant ash or crushed straw cover can be adopted to protect the sorghum and freeze, and the area where the drought cannot be effectively alleviated is completed after the cold air is affected and the daily average temperature rises to 3 °C.
