Liaoning Zhongwang Group established a new aluminum ash processing plant

In the process of production, consumption, and reproduction, aluminum produces a large amount of aluminum ash every year. Its main components are aluminum, aluminum oxide, and aluminum nitride. How to properly handle aluminum ash, avoid environmental pollution, and achieve recycling of aluminum ash has always been an important issue for aluminum enterprises.

Liaoning Zhongwang Group introduced a set of advanced processing equipment from Britain in November last year to build a new aluminum ash processing plant. Newly-adopted aluminum ash processing equipment, whose main body is a rotary kiln, is also equipped with feeders, oxygen supply devices, hydraulic station processing systems, dust removal devices and other ancillary facilities. The relevant staff said: "According to preliminary statistics, the daily processing capacity of the new processing equipment is 70-90 tons, and its aluminum ash processing capacity can fully meet the current production needs of the group."

Liaoning Zhongwang Group always adheres to the concept of green development and implements green environmental protection in every aspect of production. The Group continues to adopt technological advantages and vigorously promote the use of clean energy. Since 2012, the Group has replaced natural gas with high-energy-consumption and high-polluting coal as its production fuel. In 2013, the company implemented a project to convert natural gas from diesel fuel to natural gas in a smelting plant. In addition, Liaoning Zhongwang Group has carried out special equipment innovations and operational upgrades in the treatment of waste water, exhaust gas, and noise. The Group will also produce heat for recycling, which will be used for heating in the office area, thereby saving a lot of fuel consumption. Liaoning Zhongwang Group has passed the ISO14001 environmental management system certification, and the garden-style ecological factory has been awarded the “national greening model unit” by the National Greening Committee.
