The eDIPS method is a catalyst/gas contact reaction method that is improved by the gas-phase flow method, which is one of the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) methods. The feature is that single-layer CNTs with less impurities and high quality can be obtained. At present, it has been confirmed that with this production technology, the crystallinity expressed by the G/D ratio can be 5 to 10 times that of a commercially available monolayer CNT, and the purity also exceeds 99%.
