The method that can be improved, the new technology of vertical electrostatic painting described in this article has been verified after many tests and production in its purpose. This article briefly explains the new vertical spraying technology, and also describes the configuration of the automatic coating system, and gives an illustration of the economic benefits of the new process in the production process from an economic point of view.
